Verified by the Social Security Administration: Real Identity. Real Protection.

We Don’t Rely on Hunches. We Rely on the Source.

We’re proud to announce the latest advancement in our fight against fraud: Social Security Number (SSN) Verification, now available as an add-on feature through a direct connection with the Social Security Administration (SSA).

This new capability reflects our commitment to authenticity. Rather than rely on third-party layers, we pursued a formal approval process to access Social Security Number validation directly through the SSA. Thorough SSN verification requires more than surface-level checks, and we’re committed to going to the source.

When someone applies using documents that belong to another person or are entirely fake, such as paystubs or identities created through third-party websites, the risk to your operations is serious. It’s not just financial. Your teams get pulled off track, your time gets drained, and your community feels the impact. We built our platform to catch exactly this kind of mismatch.

So we built a direct line to the SSA. With the applicant’s consent, our system verifies whether the SSN is valid and whether it truly belongs to the person submitting it. A simple concept, with a major impact.

This is not another layer of fluff. This is real protection against a very real threat: CPNs, or Credit Privacy Numbers. These fake SSNs look valid on the surface and pass basic checks, but they are not issued by the SSA, and they do not belong to your applicant. Most fraud tools will let them through. We won’t.

We’ve said it before – good isn’t good enough when you’re managing real risks tied to real dollars. One mistake can lead to tens of thousands lost in bad debt.

That’s why we invest in going deeper. Fraud detection and income verification are what we do. And now, verified SSN verification through the SSA is a core part of our platform.

If your current provider isn’t doing this, you should ask why. Are they guessing? Are they layering in someone else’s tech and hoping it works? Or are they just selling a product that looks complete on the outside but falls short where it matters most?  Or, are they simply not doing anything to address this threat to your bottom line?

We designed our tools to be tough, our process to dig deeper, and our platform to deliver trust you can see.

The leader in fraud detection just got even stronger. Let’s raise the standard together.
