“After nearly two decades working in healthcare information services and another in tenant screening, I founded Docuverus to fill a critical gap in our industry — the need for a smarter, more secure way to verify income, ID, and catch fraud before it costs property managers thousands. My background includes everything from operations and sales to fraud prevention and scoring systems, and I’ve been fortunate to teach on these topics across national industry organizations. I believe in building tools that solve real problems and a company culture grounded in trust, precision, and progress. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work on some truly impactful projects, including building a tactical system for the U.S. military to detect evidence of nuclear weapons. My background in nuclear physics and decades in software development have shaped the way I think about problem-solving and innovation. At Docuverus, I get to bring all of that to the table, leading a team of exceptional engineers as we build technology that tackles fraud head-on. I’m incredibly proud of what we’re creating — tools that are powerful, precise, and designed to make a real difference for our clients.”

I now oversee Customer Service, Tier 1 & 2 Support, and our Account Managers, all of whom are on the front lines with our clients.
